Overflow: short paste + full .md

Some composers choke on huge pastes. From 0.3.3 onward, if a hop payload (after the handoff wrapper) is over about 12k characters:

1. The composer gets a short wrapped Last N (or a compact fallback).
2. The full unwrapped Markdown is downloaded as a -full- file.
3. Status says you pasted short and downloaded full.

If the file cannot be saved, we do not silently truncate without the file. Copy and Export stay full and unwrapped — overflow is hop-only.
